CherryRoad Account Password Change Instructions
This article is to provide guidance how to change your CherryRoad password using your CherryRoad issued laptop.
NOTE: If you do not have a CherryRoad issued laptop, you must call the HelpDesk at 973-541-4357 for assistance.
Procedure
- From your CherryRoad issued laptop, navigate the VPN client by going to Start > Cisco > Anyconnect
- In the box that comes up make sure it reads 'Corporate-vpn.cherryroad.com' and hit connect.
- Another box will come up and from the drop down menu make sure it reads 'Morris Plains', then enter your current credentials.
- After VPN connects, hold down Control+Alt+Delete and select 'Change Password' and follow the on screen prompts.
- Upon it confirming the change, again click Control+Alt+Delete and select ' Lock Screen'. Once the screen has locked, hit space bar to display the box to log in using your new password.
- At this point you are now complete and can disconnect from VPN.
